Our Process

The HelloBot team envisioned a friendly, memorable interface that made their AI assistant feel more like a helpful companion than a software tool. We started by mapping out the user journey with playful UX principles and strong visual cues, keeping accessibility and simplicity at the core.

We designed a cheerful mascot character and built out a color system based on soft blues and purples, reinforcing HelloBot’s tech-meets-personality tone. The site was then developed in Framer, allowing us to prototype lively animations and section transitions directly in the browser.

With smart use of scroll-based effects, hover interactions, and responsive design patterns, the final site feels energetic and intuitive. It communicates trust and innovation without overwhelming the user, and strategically leads visitors toward a call to action—trying the bot or scheduling a demo.
